Thinklab Digital Solutions is looking for a creative, detail oriented, and passionate Video Editor to join our team in Vijayawada.
As a Video Editor, you will work closely with our creative, content, and digital marketing teams to transform ideas into engaging visual content. You will be responsible for creating videos that capture attention, communicate ideas clearly, and strengthen our clients’ digital presence.
You will work on social media reels, promotional videos, brand content, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and other digital video projects. The role requires a strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, visual composition, transitions, sound, and current social media content trends.
You should be comfortable working with creative briefs, understanding the objective behind each project, and turning raw footage and ideas into polished and engaging videos.
If you enjoy creating content, experimenting with creative ideas, learning new editing techniques, and turning concepts into impactful visual stories, this role is for you.

• Edit videos for social media platforms, websites, advertisements, and digital campaigns.
• Create engaging reels, short form videos, promotional videos, and branded content.
• Understand creative briefs and convert concepts into visually engaging videos.
• Select and organise raw footage, images, audio, music, and other visual assets.
• Add transitions, effects, motion graphics, text animations, and sound effects where required.
• Maintain strong visual quality and consistency across all video content.
• Edit videos according to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Create content that is suitable for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital channels.
• Work closely with content creators, designers, marketers, and other team members.
• Participate in creative discussions and contribute ideas for improving video content.
• Ensure videos are properly formatted and optimised for different platforms.
• Review edits, incorporate feedback, and make necessary revisions.
• Maintain organised project files, footage, assets, and final exports.
• Deliver video projects within assigned timelines.
• Stay updated with current video editing trends, social media formats, creative styles, and editing tools.
• Experiment with new editing techniques to improve audience engagement.
• Ensure all final videos meet the required quality standards before delivery.
• Strong knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of video editing, storytelling, pacing, transitions, and visual composition.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and convert ideas into engaging videos.
• Good understanding of social media video formats and content trends.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, text animation, and visual effects.
• Basic understanding of audio editing, sound effects, and music selection.
• Ability to work with raw footage and organise video assets efficiently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
