As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, planning and coordinating content, engaging with our audience, and supporting business outreach activities. You will work closely with our content, creative, and marketing teams to improve brand visibility, generate leads, and build meaningful relationships with potential clients and business partners.
The role involves both social media management and business outreach. You should be comfortable creating content ideas, coordinating posts, communicating with people, identifying potential business opportunities, and representing the company professionally across digital platforms.
You should have a good understanding of social media platforms, digital trends, communication, and basic marketing principles. If you enjoy creating content, connecting with people, exploring business opportunities, and contributing directly to business growth, this role is for you.

• Manage and coordinate Thinklab Digital Solutions social media accounts across relevant platforms.
• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.
• Develop content ideas based on current trends, audience interests, and business objectives.
• Coordinate with content creators, designers, video editors, and marketing team members for content production.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare basic performance reports.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and relevant inquiries.
• Maintain consistent brand communication across all social media platforms.
• Identify relevant businesses, brands, and potential clients for business outreach.
• Conduct business outreach through social media, email, LinkedIn, and other appropriate channels.
• Research potential clients and understand their business before initiating outreach.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients and business partners.
• Support lead generation activities through social media and direct business outreach.
• Track outreach activities, responses, follow ups, and potential opportunities.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely follow up with interested prospects.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, content formats, and digital marketing practices.
