About The Role
We’re looking for a Creative Designer who can handle both static design and video content. This role is for someone who understands visual storytelling across formats — not just someone who knows tools.
You’ll work on social media creatives, marketing assets, and video content (reels, promos, etc.). Speed and clarity matter here. If you struggle with deadlines or rely heavily on templates, this role will not suit you.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be expected to contribute across design and video workflows, not just one niche.
Responsibilities
Design social media creatives, banners, and branding assets
Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) and basic long-form content
Maintain visual consistency across all platforms
Collaborate with marketing and content teams
Add basic motion graphics, transitions, and effects
Optimize content for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, web)
Deliver work quickly while maintaining quality
Requirements
Proficiency in Figma / Photoshop / Illustrator
Proficiency in Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)
Strong understanding of design principles and video basics
Ability to manage both design and editing tasks efficiently
Portfolio with BOTH design and video work (mandatory)
Ability to work under deadlines and handle feedback
